    What’s better way to track payments with E.ON power?
    I receive my bills, but still it’s confusing for me? So how do you track everything?

      I also use E.ON power as energy supplier. I manage my energy account online – simple and it lets me have all in control. I just send my meter readings online and receive accurate bills – so my payments are in control as well. I can also manage my energy plans, discounts and rewards. I can even switch to another deal they have online.
      Very convenient. I suggest you also start managing using your online account.

    When E.ON power sends the bills?
    I wonder how often E.ON power should send the bills and how do they know my meter reading?

      I receive it once a month.
      They take my meter reading remotely because they’re connected to my meter – this works really fine with me. So I just receive accurate bills, and they charge me only for what I’ve used.

    E.ON power wrong meter reading?
    I’ve received a bill indicating my meter reading – which are higher than I used. This is for the first time. Did someone experience the same?

      Yes, I had the same issue once. It means that you have received an estimated bill because their system failed to determine the exact meter reading. So I called them to inform about this fail, and they just calculated an accurate bill for me. After the bills I’ve been receiving are fine.

      It means you have two charges – one for each month heat, and one for – service charge, which is worked out by the number of days in a month. It should be explained in your Welcome Pack.

    E.ON power – moving home?
    I’m moving home soon, and my electricity supplier is E.ON power, how will they know which meter reading they should send me?

      They won’t till you tell them :) Just call them and say when exactly you’re moving so they can send you the bill for what’ve been used by that period. And don’t forget to tell your new address so they will send you a bill there.
